Case study – health workers recruitment

A London recruitment firm wanted to develop their ability to engage potential employees by developing their skills in social media. They wanted to discover how different segments of the community would respond to different formats in social media campaigns. They also need to understand the costs of moving from traditional advertising to a strategy employing digital campaigns.

Our marketing solution

We identified potential employees and designed story boards to explain why those groups would like to work in the health sector. From the story boards we developed campaigns using empowering language. We conducted AB tests in different London boroughs, trialling different advert formats and scheduling times over several months to generate some very interesting results showing how to target different demographics in the most cost effective way possible.
